Included Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The volume of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeter increments, and then actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are performed. The product is then commercialized after pursuing the best back pressure settings.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with excellent response, and powerful acceleration feel regardless of the RPM range from which the throttle is opened.
