Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The volume of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed millimeter by millimeter while conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which became the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel is demonstrated no matter what rpm range the throttle is opened from.
