Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec exhaust equipped with a multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and through actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring, while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partition walls, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments, we pursued the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, we created over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard exhaust.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
