Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression-expansion structure silencer.
The silencer interior is divided into three expansion chambers. We conducted actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments. Products are only released after we have pursued the best back pressure settings.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, we created over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel regardless of the RPM range from which the throttle is opened.
