The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The volume of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed millimeter by millimeter while conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring, and the product is commercialized after pursuing the best back pressure setting.
As a result of research conducted regardless of development costs, more than 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Performance improvement has been achieved simply by replacing it with the standard muffler.
