The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and after conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes down to the millimeter, we pursue the best back pressure setting before commercializing the product.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 types of silencer concepts and more than 300 types of prototype silencers were created, forming the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
