Included Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipe connecting the bulkheads, and the internal diameter of the pipe are changed millimeter by millimeter, and then actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted regardless of development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Performance improvements were achieved simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel at any RPM range when opening the throttle.
