Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the bulkheads, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeter increments. Through actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring, the optimal back pressure setting is pursued before commercialization.
As a result of research without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were created, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
