The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and after conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments, we pursue the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, we have created over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers, which have become the foundation for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard exhaust system.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel when opening the throttle from any RPM range.
