Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec exhaust equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the internal diameter of the pipes are adjusted down to the millimeter. Extensive real-world driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted to achieve optimal back pressure settings before product commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the foundation for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
Improved driving performance is achieved simply by replacing the standard exhaust.
The torque characteristics are very manageable, with excellent response, delivering powerful acceleration from any RPM range when the throttle is opened.
