Included Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec exhaust equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the bulkheads, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed down to the millimeter. Extensive real-world driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted to pursue the optimal back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were created, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
By simply replacing the standard exhaust, we have achieved improved riding performance.
The torque characteristics are very manageable, with excellent response, delivering powerful acceleration feel no matter which rpm range the throttle is opened from.
