■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-into-1 manifold system in a 4-cylinder engine, and is also one of the elements that produces a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is meticulously polished by skilled craftsmen before being given a high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
Equipped with a uniquely developed multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer.
This is a realization of the silencer development expertise gained from developing mufflers for extremely demanding single-cylinder scooter races, where harsh operating conditions and insufficient pipe length made it very challenging.
It delivers a deep, bassy exhaust note while providing extended riding performance at high RPMs.
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of seven parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)", "manifold section", "tailpipe", and "silencer".
●Mounting Condition
It is secured to the vehicle at three points: the engine exhaust port, the tail stay, and the muffler band.
When mounting to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
