Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system offers better exhaust synergy than a 4-into-1 system for 4-cylinder engines and is a key factor in producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structural carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before being treated with two or more layers of plating, including decorative chrome, to provide high weather resistance.
■Silencer
Equipped with a multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer developed in-house, it delivers extended driving performance at high RPMs and produces a deep, rich exhaust note.
The multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer installed in this exhaust system embodies RPM's expertise and silencer development capabilities, cultivated through the development of highly challenging single-cylinder scooter mufflers for harsh operating conditions where sufficient pipe length cannot be installed.
■Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of seven parts: four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold), the manifold, the tailpipe, and the silencer.
■Installation Status
It is secured to the vehicle at three points: the engine exhaust port, the tail stay, and the muffler band.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, RPM's free flange (exhaust holder) is used. This product includes an exhaust gasket.
