Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
The 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system adopted offers a higher exhaust synergy effect than a 4-into-1 system for 4-cylinder engines, and is also one of the elements that produce a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then treated with at least two layers of plating, including decorative chrome, to provide high weather resistance.
■Silencer
Equipped with a multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer developed in-house, it delivers extended driving performance at high RPMs and produces a heavy bass exhaust note.
The multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer installed in this exhaust system embodies RPM's expertise and silencer development capabilities cultivated through the development of mufflers for single-cylinder scooters, which are extremely challenging due to harsh operating conditions and insufficient available pipe length.
■Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of 7 parts: four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section), the manifold section, the tailpipe, and the silencer.
■Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle body at three points: the engine exhaust port, the tail stay, and the muffler band.
For installation at the engine exhaust port, RPM's free flange (exhaust holder) is used. This product includes an exhaust gasket.
