Detailed Description
■Exhaust Pipe
By adopting SUS304 stainless steel as the material, high durability that can withstand long-distance and long-term use has been achieved.
An O2 sensor adapter is installed, so the genuine O2 sensor can be attached without any modification.
The high-dimensional exhaust gas purification performance of the high-quality oxidation catalyst built into the middle part of the exhaust pipe produces values significantly below the regulatory limits. (Exhaust gas test report included.)
The precisely calculated exhaust pipe length and size greatly contribute to producing reliable driving performance.
■Silencer
Equipped with a uniquely developed multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
By repeatedly conducting actual driving tests and chassis dynamometer tests while finely changing the expansion chamber size and the diameter of the intermediate pipe passing between the expansion chambers, optimal back pressure adjustment was performed to match the engine characteristics.
The silencer outer cover material is available in three types: stainless steel, titanium, and blue titanium.
■Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of four parts: two exhaust pipes, an intermediate pipe, and a silencer.
■Installation Status
To prevent damage or detachment of the product due to vibrations during driving, it is firmly fixed to the vehicle body at three points: the engine exhaust port, the intermediate stay of the exhaust pipe, and the muffler band.
