The A7075 material, used in ultra-hard aluminum sprockets, offers a high level of rigidity, but its vibration absorption and flex characteristics are compromised due to the material being too hard.
For this reason, HARDY Road Bars use special A6063 aluminum material, 4mm thick, which offers a balanced combination of rigidity, vibration absorption, and flex characteristics.
Compared to A7075 material, it achieves both appropriate flex without being too hard and high rigidity.
Furthermore, the standard-equipped machined handlebar brace enhances handlebar rigidity by accommodating vehicle weight, acceleration, deceleration G-forces, and engine power.
In addition, special anodizing treatment is applied to minimize fading and corrosion.
