A7075 material, used in ultra-hard aluminum sprockets, has high rigidity, but its vibration absorption and flex characteristics are compromised due to the material being too hard.
Therefore, HARDY Road Bars use special A6063 aluminum, 4mm thick, which offers a balanced combination of rigidity, vibration absorption, and flex characteristics.
Compared to A7075 material, it achieves both appropriate flexibility without being too hard and high rigidity.
Furthermore, the standard-equipped machined handlebar brace improves handlebar rigidity by responding to vehicle weight, acceleration, deceleration G, and engine power.
In addition, a special anodizing process minimizes fading and corrosion.
HARDY Road Bars are a cut above ordinary aluminum handlebars.
