Handlebar performance requires high rigidity, vibration absorption, and flex characteristics.
A7075 material, used in super hard aluminum sprockets, has a high level of rigidity, but its vibration absorption and flex characteristics are degraded due to the material being too hard.
Therefore, HARDY Road Bar adopts a special 4mm thick A6063 aluminum material, which offers a good balance of rigidity, vibration absorption, and flex characteristics.
Compared to A7075 material, it achieves both appropriate flex without being too hard and high rigidity.
Furthermore, the standard-equipped machined handlebar brace enhances handlebar rigidity by accommodating vehicle weight, acceleration/deceleration G-forces, and engine power.
In addition, a special alumite treatment is applied to minimize fading and corrosion.
The HARDY Road Bar is in a league of its own, unlike aluminum handlebars that are just in name.
