Therefore, HARDY road bars utilize a special 4mm thick A6063 aluminum material, which strikes a balance between rigidity, vibration absorption, and flex characteristics.
Compared to A7075 material, it is not too hard, achieving both appropriate flex and high rigidity.
Furthermore, the standard-equipped machined handlebar brace enhances handlebar rigidity to cope with vehicle weight, acceleration, deceleration G-forces, and engine power.
Special alumite processing has also been applied to minimize fading and corrosion.
