While A7075 material, used in super hard aluminum sprockets, offers high rigidity, its vibration absorption and flex characteristics are compromised due to its excessive hardness.
Therefore, the HARDY Road Bar adopts a special A6063 aluminum material with a 4mm thickness, balancing rigidity, vibration absorption, and flex characteristics.
Compared to A7075 material, it achieves both appropriate flex without being too rigid, and high rigidity.
Furthermore, the standard-equipped machined handlebar brace enhances handlebar rigidity to cope with vehicle weight, acceleration, deceleration G-forces, and engine power.
Special anodizing treatment also minimizes fading and corrosion.
The HARDY Road Bar stands apart from mere aluminum handlebars.
