A7075 material, used in super-hard aluminum sprockets, has a high rigidity level, but its vibration absorption and flex characteristics are degraded because the material is too hard.
Therefore, HARDY road bars use aluminum A6063, a 4mm thick special material that balances rigidity, vibration absorption, and flex characteristics.
Compared to A7075 material, it is not too hard, achieving both appropriate flex and high rigidity.
Furthermore, the standard-equipped machined handlebar brace improves handlebar rigidity by coping with vehicle weight, acceleration, deceleration G, and engine power.
In addition, special anodizing treatment has been applied to minimize fading and corrosion.
HARDY road bars are in a class of their own, unlike aluminum handlebars that are only in name.
