This aluminum spacer collar allows bar end items designed for aluminum handlebar inner diameters to be installed on steel handlebars. It is a repair part for the steel handlebar compatible inner diameter conversion aluminum spacer collar included with HH05/HH09. By pushing in the tapered nut part, the slit part expands and is securely fixed to the inside of the steel handlebar.
