■ Product Description
This is a pre-assembled lower engine kit that allows you to change the Monkey / Gorilla engine from a secondary kick arm system to a primary kick arm system.
By assembling various SP Takegawa cylinder heads with auto decompression (excluding Desmodromic Twin Cam 4V) for 124cc, which you currently own, to this Half Combo Kit, you can convert to a primary type.
This product is intended for those who currently have the target cylinder heads and target displacement installed on their vehicle, or who have already purchased them.

The Half Combo Kit is assembled by SP Takegawa mechanics under proper management of each part. The primary kickstarter system with a parts list is a kickstarter system recommended for racing use, where quick engine starting is required when restarting, as the engine can be started by disengaging the clutch regardless of the gear. In addition, with the primary kick, power is transmitted to the drive gear without going through the transmission, which reduces the load on the transmission when starting the engine.
【Features of the Half Combo Kit】
・ Newly designed SP Takegawa original reinforced crankcase
The SP Takegawa original reinforced crankcase is a high-quality crankcase specifically designed in detail to enhance case rigidity against the load on the crankcase that occurs with increased displacement.
The oil pump adopts a crankshaft direct drive oil pump. The discharge volume is approximately twice that of a chain-driven reinforced oil pump.
The breather pipe has an inner diameter of 6mm, compared to the normal inner diameter of 4mm, to reduce the internal pressure of the crankcase of a large displacement engine.
The crankcase body is equipped with an oil jet mechanism that constantly sprays oil directly onto the small end of the connecting rod and the back of the piston for lubrication and cooling.
A dedicated bearing hold plate is equipped for the mission bearing, which receives large torque.
・ Reinforced clutch
The reinforced clutch uses 5 discs to eliminate clutch slippage that occurs in high-power engines.
Only wet special clutches are available, and the cover is made of magnesium die-cast.
The clutch cover used in the wet clutch is a patented clutch cover that allows the installation of a thermostat.
By installing the separately sold thermostat unit, overcooling can be prevented. In addition, an oil outlet is provided to allow oil to be drawn to the oil cooler.
・ Stroked crankshaft
To accommodate high-power engines, a special bearing with an enlarged inner diameter of the journal bearing of the stroked crankshaft is adopted.
The shaft diameter of the journal portion, where stress concentrates on the crankshaft, is 22mm, which improves strength and durability. In addition, the crankshaft is subjected to a special surface treatment to further enhance durability.
・ TAF 5-speed cross transmission (S Touring 5-speed)
The TAF 5-speed cross transmission combines high durability and excellent operability.

・ SP Takegawa original aluminum die-cast generator cover
By adopting a separate type drive sprocket cover, sprocket replacement can be performed by removing only the sprocket cover part without removing the generator cover.
・ Kit composition
The kit consists of primary type specific parts.
Reinforced crankcase, cross transmission, wet special clutch, magnesium die-cast clutch cover, and crankshafts for each displacement are assembled. In addition, a 910mm clutch cable, 1000mm breather hose, and two clips are included.

* Due to the large displacement engine, cylinder heads adopting auto decompression camshafts are targeted.
