■Product Description
This hyper tuning set allows for increased output by replacing the piston and camshaft without changing the displacement, and simultaneously installing the FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller).

■Detailed Description
●High-Compression Piston Kit
Through an optimal balance of piston shape and compression ratio, this kit achieves high output performance unmatched by other manufacturers.
It enables increased output for the Monkey 125 (JB02) by replacing the piston while retaining the stock displacement, stock cylinder head, and stock cylinder.
This piston is meticulously designed to optimize piston shape, achieving higher compression, more efficient combustion, and reduced friction.
High-rigidity forged aluminum is used to withstand the high compression ratio.
Bore diameter: 52.4mm (same as stock bore diameter)
Compression ratio: High-compression piston 12.5:1 (Stock piston 9.8:1)

●Sports Camshaft (N-15) Decompression Type
The Sports Camshaft (N-15) is developed as an entry-level camshaft.
It improves output performance through an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head.
The Sports Camshaft (N-15) is a decompression type when installed.
Stock decompression parts cannot be assembled with the N-15.
●FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Installing a sports camshaft or muffler parts can significantly deviate from the ideal air-fuel ratio, so the FI-CON is necessary to correct fuel injection timing.
Installation is simple, requiring only disconnection and connection to the stock ECU coupler.
The FI-CON TYPE-e comes pre-loaded with multiple data settings tuned by SP Takegawa for SP Takegawa engine parts, allowing users to easily select, change, and modify settings via PC or smartphone to match their engine specifications.
Injection timing can be adjusted by up to 5000μs for enrichment and up to 7500μs for reduction, making it suitable for a wide range from stock displacement to bore-up vehicles.
It also features monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate via PC and smartphone, which is very convenient for tuning.
●Large Throttle Body Kit (with Air Filter Kit)
The kit includes a large throttle body kit for the stock cylinder head, a large throttle body air filter kit, and a sensor stay kit.
It maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head and achieves high output.
You can enjoy engine characteristics that rev smoothly up to high RPMs.
Large throttle body bore diameter: φ34
Air filter kit (for large throttle body): Increased surface area provides high intake efficiency.
Comes with a blow-by union.
The large throttle body kit includes a fuel injector ASSY. (00-00-0487).
●Regarding the Installation of the High-Compression Piston Kit
Due to the significant increase in engine output and torque with the installation of the SP Takegawa high-compression piston kit, the crankshaft experiences increased stress from twisting and deflection.
SP Takegawa recommends simultaneously installing a crankshaft support adapter to reduce the load on the crankshaft.
The crankshaft support adapter adds ball bearing support to the flywheel end of the crankshaft, suppressing twisting and deflection and enhancing crankshaft durability.
