■Product Description
This hyper tuning set allows for increased output by replacing the piston and camshaft without changing the displacement, and by simultaneously installing an FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller).

■Detailed Description
●High Compression Piston Kit
With an optimal piston shape and compression ratio balance, this kit delivers higher output performance than other manufacturers.
It enables increased output by replacing the piston, using the stock cylinder head and stock cylinder, without changing the displacement of the Super Cub C125 (JA48).
This piston is meticulously designed to achieve higher compression ratio, higher combustion efficiency, and lower friction, pursuing an optimal piston shape.
High-rigidity forged aluminum material is adopted to withstand high compression ratios.
Bore diameter 52.4mm (same bore diameter as stock)
Compression Ratio High Compression Piston 12.5:1 (Stock Piston 9.8:1)

●Sports Camshaft (N-15) Decompression Specification
The Sports Camshaft (N-15) is a camshaft developed for entry-level models.
It improves output performance by optimizing the profile to bring out the performance of the stock cylinder head.
The Sports Camshaft (N-15) will be a decompression specification when installed.
Stock decompression parts cannot be installed on the N-15.
●FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
When installing a sports camshaft or muffler parts, the ideal air-fuel ratio deviates significantly, so it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with an FI-CON.
Installation is possible by simply unplugging and connecting the stock ECU coupler.
The FI-CON TYPE-e has multiple setting data pre-installed by SP Takegawa to match SP Takegawa engine parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify setting data using a PC or smartphone according to your engine specifications.
The injection time can be adjusted by up to 5000μs for increase and up to 7500μs for decrease, making it widely available for stock displacement to bore-up vehicles.
It is equipped with monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting.
●Regarding the installation of the High Compression Piston Kit
By installing the SP Takegawa High Compression Piston Kit, engine output and torque will significantly increase, which will increase the burden on the crankshaft such as twisting and deflection.
SP Takegawa recommends installing a crankshaft support adapter simultaneously to reduce the burden on the crankshaft.
The crankshaft support adapter adds support with a ball bearing at the end of the crankshaft flywheel side, thereby suppressing twisting and deflection and enhancing crankshaft durability.
