■Detailed Description
●High-Compression Piston Kit
Through an optimal balance of piston shape and compression ratio, it delivers high output performance unmatched by other manufacturers.
Without changing the displacement of the Super Cub C125 (JA48) and using the stock cylinder head and cylinder, simply replacing the piston can increase output.
This piston is meticulously designed to achieve higher compression, more efficient combustion, and reduced friction, pursuing the optimal piston shape.
High-rigidity forged aluminum is used to withstand higher compression ratios.
Bore Diameter 52.4mm (same as stock bore diameter)
Compression Ratio High-Compression Piston 12.5:1 (Stock Piston 9.8:1)

●Sport Camshaft (N-15) Decompression Specification
The Sport Camshaft (N-15) is a camshaft developed for entry-level models.
It improves output performance through an optimal profile that brings out the best in the stock cylinder head.
The Sport Camshaft (N-15) will be a decompression specification when installed.
Genuine decompression parts cannot be assembled with the N-15.
●FI-Con TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Installing a sport camshaft or muffler parts can significantly deviate from the ideal air-fuel ratio, so the FI-Con is necessary to correct the fuel injection time.
Installation is simple, just by disconnecting the stock ECU coupler and connecting the FI-Con.
The FI-Con TYPE-e comes with multiple data settings pre-configured by SP Takegawa to match SP Takegawa engine parts. You can easily select, change, and modify settings using a computer or smartphone to suit your engine specifications.
Injection time adjustment allows for a maximum increase of 5000μs and a maximum decrease of 7500μs, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles from stock displacement to bore-up engines.
It features monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate via a computer or smartphone, making it very convenient for setting adjustments.
●Big Throttle Body Kit φ28
This product is an original SP Takegawa big throttle body compatible with the stock air cleaner box/connecting tube.
It requires no processing of the cowl or wiring; simply replacing the stock throttle body with this one maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head and increases output.
●Regarding Installation of the High-Compression Piston Kit
Installing the SP Takegawa high-compression piston kit significantly increases engine output and torque, which puts increased stress on the crankshaft, such as twisting and deflection.
To alleviate the stress on the crankshaft, SP Takegawa recommends simultaneously installing a crankshaft support adapter.
The crankshaft support adapter adds support to the end of the crankshaft flywheel side with a ball bearing, thereby suppressing twisting and deflection and improving crankshaft durability.
