■ Product Description
This hyper tuning set allows for increased output by replacing the piston and camshaft without changing the displacement, and simultaneously installing the FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller). Additionally, it features an SP Takegawa big throttle body.

■ Detailed Description
● High Compression Piston Kit
The optimal piston shape and compression ratio balance deliver high output performance unmatched by other manufacturers.
This kit allows for increased output in the CT125 (JA55) by replacing the piston, without changing the displacement, and using the stock cylinder head and stock cylinder.
The piston is meticulously designed to achieve high compression, high combustion efficiency, and low friction by pursuing the optimal piston shape.
High-rigidity forged aluminum material is adopted to withstand high compression ratios.
Bore diameter 52.4mm (same bore diameter as stock)

● Sports Camshaft (N-15)
The Sports Camshaft (N-15) is a camshaft developed for entry-level models.
It improves output performance through an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head.
Additionally, the Sports Camshaft (N-15) does not have an auto decompression mounting structure, so when installed, it will be a decompression-less specification.
● FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
When installing a sports camshaft or exhaust parts, the ideal air-fuel ratio will be significantly altered, so it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with the FI-CON.
The FI-CON TYPE-e has multiple data sets pre-configured by SP Takegawa for SP Takegawa engine parts. You can easily select, change, and modify settings data using a PC or smartphone according to your engine specifications.
The injection time adjustment can be increased by a maximum of 5000μs and decreased by a maximum of 7500μs, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from stock displacement to big bore vehicles.
It is equipped with monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone, which is very convenient for tuning.
It can be used with all SP Takegawa products (for CT125) from stock displacement to big bore kits.
● Coupler-on installation to stock ECU
Since the controller wiring uses a coupler compatible with the stock ECU, no wiring modification is required, and it can be installed directly onto the stock ECU.
● Big Throttle Body Kit φ28
This product is an original SP Takegawa big throttle body kit compatible with the stock air cleaner box / connecting tube.
Compared to the stock throttle body φ24mm, the SP Takegawa big throttle body is φ28mm.
By adopting the SP Takegawa big throttle body and manifold, connection to the stock connecting tube is possible, allowing the use of the stock air cleaner box.
No modification of the cowl or wiring is required. By simply replacing the stock throttle body on the stock vehicle, the performance of the stock cylinder head can be maximized, and output can be increased.
● Regarding the installation of the high compression piston kit
When the SP Takegawa high compression piston kit is installed, engine output and torque increase significantly, which increases the load on the crankshaft, such as twisting and deflection.
SP Takegawa recommends installing a crankshaft support adapter simultaneously to reduce the load on the crankshaft.
The crankshaft support adapter adds support by ball bearings to the flywheel end of the crankshaft, suppressing twisting and deflection, and improving crankshaft durability.
