■Product Description
The Hyper Tuning Set (with Big Throttle Body) includes a high-compression piston kit, sports camshaft (N-10), big throttle body kit, FI Con TYPE-e (injection controller), and spark plug.

■Detailed Description
●High-Compression Piston Kit
By replacing the piston, while retaining the normal cylinder head and normal cylinder without changing the displacement, output can be increased.
This piston was meticulously designed to achieve higher compression ratio, more efficient combustion, and lower friction, pursuing the optimal piston shape.
High-rigidity forged aluminum material is used to withstand high compression ratios.
Bore Diameter: 50mm (same as normal bore diameter)
Compression Ratio: High-compression piston 12.5:1 (normal piston 10.0:1)
*When installing the high-compression piston, the normal camshaft cannot be used. Also, when installing the high-compression piston, simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's sports camshaft and FI Con TYPE-e is required.
*Requires high-octane gasoline.
●Sports Camshaft (N-10)
Optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the normal cylinder head improves output performance.
When installed on a normal engine, output in the high-rpm range is improved.
Removing the decompression parts from the normal camshaft and installing them on the sports camshaft creates an auto decompression specification.
●Big Throttle Body Kit φ34 (for normal cylinder head)
This product is an original SP Takegawa big throttle body kit developed for SP Takegawa engine parts.
It can be compactly installed around the engine without compromising the vehicle's silhouette.
Furthermore, no modification of the cowl or wiring is required for installation.
Comes with an air filter with excellent intake efficiency.
*Cannot be used with a normal engine. By adopting a φ34mm big throttle body, the performance of SP Takegawa engine parts can be maximized, and output can be increased.
*The genuine air cleaner box cannot be used.
*When installing this product, the genuine air cleaner box must be left in place without removal, as the shroud fixing part will be needed.
●FI Con TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Installing sports camshafts and muffler parts can significantly deviate from the ideal air-fuel ratio, so it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with the FI Con.
Installation is possible by simply unplugging the coupler from the genuine ECU and connecting.
The FI Con TYPE-e has multiple data sets pre-configured by SP Takegawa to match SP Takegawa engine parts, allowing for easy selection, modification, and adjustment of settings data using a PC or smartphone according to the engine specifications.
Injection time adjustment allows for a maximum increase of 5000μs and a maximum decrease of 7500μs, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles from normal displacement to bore-up vehicles.
It also features monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting adjustments.
●Regarding the installation of the high-compression piston kit
Installing SP Takegawa's high-compression piston kit significantly increases engine output and torque, which places increased stress on the crankshaft, such as twisting and deflection.
SP Takegawa recommends simultaneous installation of a crankshaft support adapter to reduce the load on the crankshaft.
The crankshaft support adapter adds ball bearing support to the end of the crankshaft flywheel side, suppressing twisting and deflection and increasing the durability of the crankshaft.
