・"Hyper S-Stage Bore Up Kit" achieves engine output and torque entirely different from a normal engine.
・Bore diameter 53.5mm / Displacement 80cc / Compression ratio 11.5:1
・The Hyper S-Stage Bore Up Kit includes the S-Stage Bore Up Kit 80cc, an FI-CON2 (injection controller) to correct fuel mixture deviations caused by the increased displacement, a 35T driven sprocket to change the reduction ratio, and a spark plug (NGK-CR8HSA). Further power output increase is possible by simultaneously installing optional air filters and mufflers.
・FI-CON2 (Injection Controller): This is a Takegawa original injection controller that does not require troublesome PC connection, allowing for easy setting changes by switching the rotary switch on the main unit. Despite its compact body, it has a built-in 3D correction map pre-set for Takegawa's S-Stage bore-up kits. It also has an increase/decrease function that allows fine adjustment of the built-in correction map to be richer/leaner overall using the rotary switch on the main unit. The rev limit will also be approximately 11,500 rpm, exceeding the genuine ECU.
・Simultaneous installation of a Takegawa air filter is recommended. *Precautions:
・APE50 (FI) Type D (AC18-1000001~) is not compatible because the wheels are different and the driven sprocket cannot be installed.
・FI-CON2 (Injection Controller) Precautions: The FI-CON2 is exclusively for vehicles equipped with the S-Stage Bore Up Kit 80cc.
It cannot be used with normal engine specifications.
・Cannot be used simultaneously with H.I.D. and other aftermarket LED headlights.
・Do not install aftermarket ignition devices simultaneously as they may cause malfunctions or product failure due to increased radiated noise accompanying increased ignition voltage. Compatible models: HONDA APE50 FI (AC16-1600001~)
