■Product Description
The Hyper e-Stage N-15 Bore Up Kit includes the e-Stage N-15 Bore Up Kit, FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), and a spark plug.
The Big Throttle Body specification also includes a Big Throttle Body Kit.
■Detailed Description
●e-Stage Bore Up Kit 143cc
This bore up kit increases the displacement from the normal 124cc to 143cc by replacing the cylinder and piston.
When installed with the FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), it achieves a torqueful output characteristic that differs from the stock.
The cylinder uses the same steel cylinder as the stock.
Black coating. Cast piston adopted.
Bore diameter 56mm. Compression ratio 11.2:1. Stroke 57.9mm (stock).
●Sports Camshaft (N-15) Decompression Specification
The Sports Camshaft (N-15) is a camshaft developed for entry-level models. It improves output performance with an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head.
The Sports Camshaft (N-15) becomes a decompression specification when installed.
It is not possible to install genuine decompression parts on the N-15.
●FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Installing a sports camshaft or muffler parts can significantly deviate from the ideal air-fuel ratio, so it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with the FI-CON.
Installation is possible simply by disconnecting and connecting the stock ECU coupler.
The FI-CON TYPE-e has multiple data sets pre-configured by SP Takegawa to match SP Takegawa engine parts, allowing for easy selection, modification, and correction of setting data using a PC or smartphone to match the engine specifications.
Injection time adjustment can be increased by a maximum of 5000μs and decreased by a maximum of 7500μs, making it widely applicable from stock displacement to bore up vehicles.
It has monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting.
●Big Throttle Body Kit (Connecting Tube Included)
Kit composition: Big throttle body kit for stock cylinder head includes a connecting tube for the big throttle body (connects to stock air cleaner box).
It maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head and achieves high output.
You can enjoy an engine characteristic that revs smoothly even at high RPMs.
Big Throttle Body Bore Diameter: φ34
The kit that includes the big throttle body comes with a fuel injector ASSY. (00-00-0487).

SP Takegawa recommends installing a crankshaft support adapter at the same time to reduce the load on the crankshaft.
The crankshaft support adapter enhances crankshaft durability by adding ball bearing support to the end of the crankshaft flywheel side, thereby suppressing twisting and deflection.
