■Product Description
Super Head 4V+R (1-cam, 4-valve)
Achieves easy-to-handle output characteristics and higher output by adopting a 1-cam, 4-valve head!
The combo kit includes the Super Head 4V+R bore up kit 181cc, FI-Con TYPE-X, big throttle body kit, large capacity injector, and spark plug.

【Super Head 4V+R (1-cam, 4-valve)】
By using two intake and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area is expanded, achieving high intake and exhaust efficiency.
This original head design, which balances the adoption of a 4-valve system with a center plug, valve included angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape, achieves high output that cannot be obtained with a stock head. The combustion chamber is precisely finished by NC machining.

・Top-class intake and exhaust efficiency for SOHC
Valve diameter: IN: 25mm x 2 / EX: 21.5mm x 2
Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.5mm for both IN and EX
Prevents surging at high revolutions by using unequal pitch valve springs.
The cylinder head surface is black painted.
An inspection breather cover is included, so by purchasing a separate oil catch tank kit, engine internal pressure can be released.
The inspection breather cover, inspection cover, and L. cylinder head side cover are made of aluminum die-cast with barrel polishing finish.

・Forged aluminum roller rocker arm
Reduces friction with the camshaft and achieves smooth operation! Maximizes output and maintains output in the mid to high speed range.

【Camshaft/Cylinder/Piston】
・Auto decompression camshaft
Enables smooth engine starting without straining the starter motor.

・Uses all-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder.
Bore diameter: 63mm Stroke 57.9mm (stock)
Ceramic plated cylinders offer excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet for an oil cooler, so by purchasing a separate oil cooler kit, oil temperature rise can be suppressed.
The cylinder surface is black painted.

・Cast aluminum piston
High-compression specification with a compression ratio of 12.5:1.
Piston designed for high performance and durability.
The piston top is precisely finished by NC machining.

【Valve/Valve Spring/Rocker Arm/Camshaft】
・Valve diameter: IN: 25mm x 2 / EX: 21.5mm x 2
Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.5mm for both IN and EX

・Unequal pitch valve springs
Prevents surging at high revolutions.

・Uses forged aluminum roller rocker arm
Reduces friction with the camshaft and achieves smooth operation.

・Auto decompression camshaft (standard 10/10D camshaft)
Enables smooth engine starting without straining the starter motor.

・Optional parts: 15/15D camshaft

【Super Head 4V+R Combo Kit 181cc】
The combo kit includes the FI TYPE-X (injection controller), large capacity injector, big throttle body kit, and spark plug, which provide fuel adjustment suitable for the engine parts of the Super Head 4V+R bore up kit 181cc.

【FI-Con TYPE-X・Big Throttle Body】
・FI-Con TYPE-X
This is an injection controller that can be connected to the genuine ECU with a coupler.
Various MAPs are preset for each engine specification, so you can drive by simply selecting the MAP that matches your engine specification.
In addition, ignition timing, accelerator pump, dwell time, invalid injection time, ignition timing temperature correction, engine temperature correction, and vaporization time can be set.
It can also be enjoyed by advanced users who want to create new MAPs or adjust settings based on existing MAPs.
Since it can be connected to a PC or smartphone even when the engine is running, monitoring of the tachometer, throttle opening graph, and engine temperature is possible.
Ignition mode can be selected from two types: EASY and EXPERT.
It also features a rev limiter, pit lane limiter, and real-time MAP change function.

・Big Throttle Body Kit
You can enjoy engine characteristics that maximize head performance and allow the engine to rev smoothly to high RPMs without stress.
Big throttle body bore diameter: Φ34
Connecting tube included for connection to the stock air cleaner box.
By simultaneously installing the separately sold air filter kit 03-01-0007, output performance will be further improved.

※As the displacement will be 125cc or more, it cannot be ridden on public roads with a moped license (Class 2). It is for competition use only.
※When installing the bore up kit, we recommend simultaneously installing SP Takegawa's special clutch kit to prevent clutch slip and various mufflers.
※For installing FI-Con TYPE-X, a PC or smartphone environment and internet connection are required.
GROM (JC75-1000001〜) cannot be installed because the FI-Con TYPE-X is different.
