■Product Description
Super Head 4V+R (1-cam 4-valve)
Adopting a 1-cam 4-valve head, this kit achieves easy-to-handle output characteristics and high output!
The combo kit includes the Super Head 4V+R bore-up kit 181cc, FI Con TYPE-X, big throttle body kit, large-capacity injector, and spark plug.

【Super Head 4V+R (1-cam 4-valve)】
By having two intake and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area is expanded, achieving high intake and exhaust efficiency.
The original head shape, designed with a balanced center plug, valve included angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape for the 4-valve system, achieves high output that cannot be obtained with a stock head. The combustion chamber is precisely finished by NC machining.

・SOHC class-leading intake/exhaust efficiency
Valve diameter: IN: 25mm x 2 / EX: 21.5mm x 2
Valve stem shaft diameter: IN and EX both 4.5mm
The use of unequal pitch valve springs prevents surging at high RPMs.
The cylinder head surface is black painted.
An inspection breather cover is included, so by purchasing a separate oil catch tank kit, you can release the engine's internal pressure.
The inspection breather cover, inspection cover, and L. cylinder head side cover are made of die-cast aluminum with barrel polishing.

・Aluminum forged roller rocker arm
Reduces friction with the camshaft for smooth operation! Maximizes output and maintains output in the mid-to-high speed range.

【Camshaft/Cylinder/Piston】
・Auto decompression camshaft
Allows smooth engine starting without straining the starter motor.

・All-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder adopted.
Bore diameter: 63mm Stroke 57.9mm (stock)
Ceramic plated cylinders offer excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet for an oil cooler, so by purchasing a separate oil cooler kit, you can suppress oil temperature rise.
The cylinder surface is black painted.

・Aluminum cast piston
High-compression specification with a compression ratio of 12.5:1.
Piston designed for high performance and durability.
The piston top is precisely finished by NC machining.

・Valve diameter: IN: 25mm x 2 / EX: 21.5mm x 2
Valve stem shaft diameter: IN and EX both 4.5mm

・Unequal pitch valve springs
Prevents surging at high RPMs.

The combo kit includes the FI TYPE-X (injection controller), large-capacity injector, big throttle body kit, and spark plug, all designed to perform fuel adjustment suitable for the engine parts of the Super Head 4V+R bore-up kit 181cc.

【FI Con TYPE-X・Big Throttle Body】
・FI Con TYPE-X
This is an injection controller that can be connected to the genuine ECU with a coupler-on.
It comes with preset MAPs for each engine specification, so you can simply select the MAP that matches your engine specification and ride.
Furthermore, you can set ignition timing, acceleration pump, dwell time, invalid injection time, ignition timing temperature correction, engine temperature correction, and vaporization time.
Advanced users can also enjoy settings based on existing MAPs or creating new MAPs.
Since it can be connected to a PC or smartphone even when the engine is running, you can monitor the tachometer, throttle opening graph, and engine temperature.
Two ignition modes are available: EASY and EXPERT.
It also features a rev limit, pit lane limiter, and real-time MAP change function.

・Big throttle body kit
You can enjoy engine characteristics that maximize the performance of the head and rev smoothly to high RPMs without stress.
Big throttle body bore diameter: Φ34
Connecting tube included for connection to the stock air cleaner box.
Further output performance can be improved by simultaneously installing the separately sold air filter kit 03-01-0007.

■Notes
*Since the displacement will be 125cc or more, it cannot be ridden on public roads under a Class 2 moped registration. It is for competition only.
*When installing the bore-up kit, we recommend simultaneously installing a SP Takegawa special clutch kit to prevent clutch slip, and various mufflers.
*For installing FI Con TYPE-X, a customer's PC or smartphone usage environment and internet connection are required.
*GROM (JC61-1000001～/JC61-1300001～)・MSX125SF・MSX125 cannot be installed as FI Con TYPE-X is different.
