■Product Description
The S-Stage α Bore Up Kit includes the S-Stage N-20 Bore Up Kit, FI CON TYPE-e (injection controller), and spark plug.
It is designed for use with the stock throttle body.
■Detailed Description
●S-Stage N-20 Bore Up Kit 181cc
This bore up kit allows you to increase the displacement from the stock 124cc to 181cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
When installed with the FI CON TYPE-e (injection controller), it achieves powerful output characteristics that differ from stock.
The cylinder uses an all-aluminum ceramic-plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet boss for the oil cooler.
An M5 temperature sensor can be installed in the oil plug bolt area.
By using the SP Takegawa Compact LED Thermometer with M5 temperature sensor set, you can measure the cylinder temperature.
Bore diameter: 63mm. Stroke: 57.9mm (stock).
The piston is standard for high-octane gasoline specifications.
Compression ratio with standard piston: 11.0:1.
●Sport Camshaft (N-20)
The optimal profile maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head, improving output performance.
Installing it on a stock engine improves output in the high-rpm range.
Regarding the Sport Camshaft (N-20), by removing the decompression parts from the stock camshaft and assembling them to the sport camshaft, it becomes an auto-decompression specification.
●FI CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Because installing a sport camshaft or muffler parts can significantly deviate from the ideal air-fuel ratio, it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with the FI CON.
Installation is possible simply by disconnecting and connecting the stock ECU coupler.
The FI CON TYPE-e has multiple pre-set data settings by SP Takegawa for SP Takegawa engine parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify setting data according to your engine specifications using a PC or smartphone.
The injection time adjustment can be increased by a maximum of 5000μs and decreased by a maximum of 7500μs, making it widely usable for both stock displacement and bore-up vehicles.
It has monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting adjustments.

The crankshaft support adapter enhances crankshaft durability by adding support with a ball bearing to the end of the crankshaft flywheel side, suppressing twisting and deflection.
