■Detailed Description
●S-Stage N-20 Bore Up Kit 181cc
This bore up kit changes the displacement from the standard 124cc to 181cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
When installed simultaneously with the FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), it achieves torque-rich output characteristics different from the standard.
The cylinder uses an all-aluminum ceramic-plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet boss for the oil cooler.
An M5 temperature sensor can be attached to the oil plug bolt.
By using SP Takegawa's Compact LED Thermometer with M5 temperature sensor, the cylinder temperature can be measured.
Bore diameter 63mm. Stroke 57.9mm (standard).
The piston is standard for high-octane gasoline specifications.
Compression ratio: Standard piston 11.0:1.
●Sports Camshaft (N-20)
The output performance is improved by the optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the standard cylinder head.
When installed on a standard engine, the output in the high RPM range is improved.
Regarding the Sports Camshaft (N-20), by removing the decompression parts from the standard camshaft and installing them on the Sports Camshaft, it becomes an auto-decompression specification.
●FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Since installing a sports camshaft or muffler parts can cause the air-fuel ratio to deviate significantly from the ideal, it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with the FI-CON.
Installation is possible simply by disconnecting the genuine ECU coupler and connecting it.
The FI-CON TYPE-e has multiple data pre-set by SP Takegawa to match SP Takegawa engine parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify setting data using a PC or smartphone according to your engine specifications.
The injection time adjustment can be increased by a maximum of 5000μs and decreased by a maximum of 7500μs, making it widely applicable from standard displacement to bore-up vehicles.
It is equipped with monitoring functions for engine RPM, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting.
