■Product Description
This big bore kit allows you to increase the displacement to 305cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
When installed simultaneously with the FI-CON2 (injection controller), it achieves powerful output characteristics different from the stock.
The cylinder employs an all-aluminum ceramic-plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation. The cylinder shape has been changed from the normal open-deck manufacturing method to a closed-deck manufacturing method, increasing the rigidity of the cylinder. In addition, by increasing the capacity of the cylinder water jacket, it protects the engine from overheating.
The cylinder's oil line is equipped with an oil jet mechanism that directly sprays oil into the cylinder, enhancing piston cooling and lubrication.
The cylinder body has service holes where temperature sensors for water temperature gauges and oil temperature gauges can be installed. Compatible temperature sensor: SP Takegawa PT1/8
Forged Piston: By adopting a special forged material used in racing engines, it achieves weight reduction while maintaining strength.
Bore diameter 84mm, Compression ratio 13.0:1
Further power output can be achieved by simultaneously installing SP Takegawa's sports camshaft and silent oval muffler.

・For those who have installed the old type FI-CON2 for CBR250R (MC41-1000001 to 1399999)
The old type FI-CON2 (injection controller) for CBR250R (MC41-1000001 to 1399999) (Part No. 05-04-0005) does not have a 3D correction map pre-set for the 305cc big bore kit.
Therefore, when installing the big bore kit, you will need to send your FI-CON2 to SP Takegawa to have the program rewritten to the new program.

Shipping/cash on delivery fees will be charged separately.
It is a prerequisite for the rewrite work that the controller to be rewritten is functioning normally.
If the controller is faulty or significantly damaged, we may refuse the rewrite work.

■Notes
*Simultaneous installation of FI-CON2 is required.
If you have the old type FI-CON2 (05-04-0005) for CBR250R (MC41-1000001 to 1399999), you will need to have SP Takegawa rewrite the program to the new program.
*FI-CON2 is for CBR250R (MC41-1000001 to 1399999) and CBR250R (MC41-1400001 to 1499999).
*FI-CON2 is not sold for CBR250R (MC41-1500001 to).
*There are four types: for CRF250L, for CRF250L (MD38), and for CRF250L/CRF250 RALLY (MD44). Please be careful.
*Since the displacement will be 250cc or more, it cannot be used on public roads.
