■Product Description
The R-Stage+D has been improved from the conventional model with redesigned ports and fin shapes, and a new profile camshaft to achieve even greater power output at high RPMs!

【17R-Stage+D Cylinder Head】
Based on the stock head shape, it features large diameter valves: Intake 26mm / Exhaust 22.5mm.
(Stock 12V Monkey valve diameters are Intake 19mm / Exhaust 16mm)
In conjunction with the larger diameter valves, SP Takegawa's original cylinder head employs an optimal valve included angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape.
While the port diameter of the stock head is 14mm for both intake and exhaust, the 17R-Stage port diameter is enlarged to Intake 24.5mm / Exhaust 19mm. Additionally, a 3D port shape is adopted, allowing for smoother flow of a greater volume of intake and exhaust gases in conjunction with the larger valve and port diameters.
Valves: (Intake 26mm / Exhaust 22.5mm, valve stem shaft diameter 4.5mm)
The increase in weight due to the larger valves is minimized by thinning the stem shaft and applying waist machining.
Valve Spring: An optimal spring rate unequal-pitch (two-stage pitch) single valve spring is used to suppress surging at high RPMs.

【Auto Decompression Camshaft】
Auto Decompression Function: Enables easy engine starting with light kick force, even in high compression, increased displacement engine vehicles.
Three types of camshafts are available: R-10E / R-15E / R-20E, allowing you to enjoy different driving performances by swapping them according to your intended use.
Camshaft included with 88cc / Skut 106cc / 106cc kit: R-10E

【φ52 H-Cylinder (Aluminum cylinder with cast iron sleeve)】
The external appearance is the same design as the stock Cub series engine cylinder (cylinder height differs).
An M5 temperature sensor can be connected to the side of the cylinder, allowing for cylinder temperature measurement by using a separately sold SP Takegawa Compact LCD Meter (with M5 temperature sensor) or by changing the sensor part of a thermometer to an M5 temperature sensor.

【Piston】
The piston skirt features a molybdenum coating for improved initial break-in.

【17R-Stage+D Combo Kit 88cc】
This combo kit includes recommended parts such as a big bore carburetor, throttle cable, high-flow filter, and spark plug, which are necessary when installing the 17R-Stage+D bore up kit.
