■Product Description
The Hyper Bore Up Kit is a value-for-money kit that includes a 305cc bore up kit, a sports camshaft that brings out the performance of the stock cylinder head, and an FI-Con 2 (injection controller) that eliminates fuel adjustment errors and maximizes the performance of the bore up kit and sports camshaft.
■Detailed Description
●Bore Up Kit 305cc
This bore up kit allows you to increase the displacement to 305cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
The cylinder uses an all-aluminum ceramic-plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation. The cylinder shape has been changed from the stock cylinder's open-deck manufacturing method to a closed-deck manufacturing method, increasing the rigidity of the cylinder.
In addition, by increasing the capacity of the cylinder water jacket, the engine is protected from overheating.
The oil line of the cylinder is equipped with an oil jet mechanism that directly injects oil into the cylinder, enhancing piston cooling and lubrication.
The cylinder body is equipped with service holes for installing temperature sensors for water temperature gauges and oil temperature gauges.
Applicable temperature sensor: PT1/8
Forged piston: By adopting a special forged material used in racing engines, weight reduction is achieved while maintaining strength.
Bore diameter 84mm. Compression ratio 13.0:1.
●FI-Con 2 (Injection Controller)
This is an SP Takegawa original injection controller that can be easily set by switching the rotary switch on the main unit, without the need for troublesome data input from a computer or similar device.
It has various built-in 3D correction maps set according to SP Takegawa's custom parts, and can be set according to the vehicle's specifications.
It also has an increase/decrease function that allows fine adjustment of the built-in correction map to be richer or leaner overall using the rotary switch on the main unit.
It has a rev limiter cut function.
Rev limit RPM for bore up kit specifications: 11000rpm
The FI-Con 2 comes with a dedicated harness COMP., and can be installed with minimal wiring processing.

*Cannot be installed on CRF250L (MD44).
*CRF250M is not covered because the operation of FI-Con 2 has not been confirmed.

*FI-Con 2 has only been confirmed to operate on vehicles officially sold as Japanese specifications. We have not confirmed compatibility with parallel import vehicles.
*FI-Con 2 (05-04-0015) is for CRF250L (MD38).
*Do not install aftermarket H.I.D. kits at the same time, as they emit high-voltage noise that can adversely affect digital circuits. This may cause malfunctions or failures.
*Do not install aftermarket ignition devices at the same time, as the increase in ignition voltage may lead to an increase in radiated noise, causing malfunctions or product failures.
