The S-Stage 181cc is a bore up kit that increases displacement and output through supercharging.
Furthermore, by using SP Takegawa's big throttle body, it achieves powerful output performance that is not found in normal engines.

■Detailed Description
●S-Stage Bore Up Kit 181cc
This bore up kit allows you to change the displacement from the normal 124cc to 181cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
By installing it simultaneously with the FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), it achieves powerful output characteristics different from normal.
The cylinder uses an all-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet boss for the oil cooler.
An M5 temperature sensor can be attached to the oil plug bolt.
The cylinder temperature can be measured by using SP Takegawa's Compact LED Thermometer with M5 temperature sensor set.
Bore diameter 63mm. Stroke 57.9mm (normal).
The piston is standard for high-octane gasoline specifications.
Compression ratio standard piston 11.0:1.
●Sports Camshaft (N-20)
Output performance is improved by an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head.
When installed on a stock engine, the output in the high-rpm range is improved.
For the sports camshaft (N-20), by removing the decompression parts from the stock camshaft and installing them on the sports camshaft, it becomes an auto decompression specification.
●FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Since installing sports camshafts or muffler parts can cause the air-fuel ratio to deviate significantly from the ideal, it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with the FI-CON.
The FI-CON TYPE-e has multiple setting data pre-installed by SP Takegawa for SP Takegawa engine parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify setting data using a PC or smartphone according to your engine specifications.
The injection time adjustment can be increased by a maximum of 5000μs and decreased by a maximum of 7500μs, making it widely available for vehicles ranging from normal displacement to bore-up vehicles.
It is also very convenient for setting as it has monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone.
It can be used with all SP Takegawa products (for CT125) from normal displacement to bore up kits.
●Can be installed by coupler-on to genuine ECU
Since the controller wiring uses a coupler compatible with the genuine ECU, no wiring processing is required, and it can be installed by coupler-on to the genuine ECU.
●Big Throttle Body Kit φ28
This product is an original SP Takegawa big throttle body kit compatible with the stock air cleaner box/connecting tube.
The genuine throttle body is φ24mm, while the SP Takegawa big throttle body is φ28mm.
By using SP Takegawa's big throttle body and manifold, it is possible to connect to the stock connecting tube, so the stock air cleaner box can be used as is.
No modification to the cowl or wiring is required; simply replace the stock throttle body with the genuine vehicle's one to maximize the performance of the stock cylinder head and increase output.
