■Product Description
Superhead 4V+R (1-cam 4-valve)
By adopting a 1-cam 4-valve head, we have achieved easy-to-handle output characteristics and high power output!
The combo kit includes the Superhead 4V+R bore-up kit 181cc, an FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), a big throttle body kit, an air filter kit, a large capacity injector (G-1), and a spark plug.
【Superhead 4V+R (1-cam 4-valve)】
By having two intake and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area is expanded, achieving high intake and exhaust efficiency.
The original head shape, designed with a balance of center plug conversion, valve挟み角 (valve pinch angle), combustion chamber shape, and port shape due to the 4-valve configuration, achieves high output that cannot be obtained with a normal head. The combustion chamber is finished with high precision by NC machining.

Valve diameter: IN: 25mm x 2 / EX: 21.5mm x 2
Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.5mm for both IN and EX
The adoption of unequal pitch valve springs prevents surging at high RPMs.
The cylinder head surface is coated in black.
An inspection breather cover is included, so by purchasing a separate oil catch tank kit, the internal pressure of the engine can be released.
The inspection breather cover, inspection cover, and L. cylinder head side cover are made of die-cast aluminum with barrel polishing.
・Aluminum forged roller rocker arm
Reduces frictional resistance with the camshaft and achieves smooth operation! Maximizes output and maintains output in the mid to high-speed range.

・Auto decompression camshaft
Enables smooth engine starting without putting a burden on the starter motor.
All-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder is adopted.
Bore diameter: 63mm Stroke 57.9mm (stock)
The ceramic plated cylinder offers excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet for an oil cooler, so by purchasing a separate oil cooler kit, oil temperature rise can be suppressed.
The cylinder surface uses unpainted "silver."
・Aluminum cast piston
High compression specification with a compression ratio of 12.5:1.
Piston designed for high performance and durability.
The piston top is finished with high precision by NC machining.

The combo kit includes an FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), large capacity injector, big throttle body kit, and spark plug, which adjust fuel appropriate for the Superhead 4V+R bore-up kit 181cc engine parts.

・FI-CON TYPE-e
When installing sport camshafts or muffler parts, the air-fuel ratio deviates significantly from ideal, so it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with the FI-CON.
The FI-CON TYPE-e has multiple data settings pre-installed by SP Takegawa, tuned to SP Takegawa engine parts. You can easily select, change, and modify setting data using a computer or smartphone according to your engine specifications.
Injection time adjustment can be increased up to 5000μs and decreased up to 7500μs, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles from stock displacement to bore-up vehicles.
It features monitoring functions for engine RPM, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a computer or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting.
It can be used with all SP Takegawa products (for CT125) from stock displacement to bore-up kits.
・Can be installed to the genuine ECU with a coupler-on!
Since the controller wiring uses a coupler compatible with the genuine ECU, no wiring modification is required at all, and it can be installed to the genuine ECU with a coupler-on.
When using FI-CON TYPE-e, a compatible computer or smartphone is required. If the conditions cannot be met, it cannot be used. Also, an internet connection is required to download software and apps.

【Big Throttle Body Kit Φ28】
This product is an SP Takegawa original "Big Throttle Body Kit" compatible with the stock air cleaner box / connecting tube.
Compared to the genuine throttle body Φ24mm, the SP Takegawa big throttle body is Φ28mm.
By adopting the SP Takegawa big throttle body and manifold, connection to the stock connecting tube is possible, so the stock air cleaner box can be used as is.
No modification to the cowl or wiring is required at all. By simply replacing the stock throttle body on the genuine vehicle, the head's performance can be maximized, and output can be increased.
【Air Filter Kit】
Increases surface area, achieving high intake efficiency.
Includes a blow-by union.

※Since the displacement will be 125cc or more, it is not possible to ride on public roads with a moped class 2 registration. This is for competition only.
※By installing the bore-up kit, engine output and torque will significantly increase, which will increase the load on the crankshaft such as twisting and deflection. To reduce the burden on the crankshaft, we recommend simultaneously installing a crankshaft support adapter.
※The crankshaft support adapter adds ball bearing support to the flywheel side end of the crankshaft, thereby suppressing twisting and deflection and enhancing the durability of the crankshaft.
