■Product Description
The Super Head 4V+R Combo Kit 145cc includes the Super Head 4V+R bore up kit, FI-Con TYPE-e (injection controller), Big Throttle Body Kit Φ34, high-capacity fuel injector (G-1), air filter kit, and #8 spark plug.

【Super Head 4V+R Bore Up Kit 145cc】
・Super Head 4V+R (1 Cam 4 Valve) Cylinder Head
By having two intake valves and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area can be further expanded, enabling higher intake and exhaust efficiency than with large-bore 2-valve engines. In addition, the head is designed to balance a center plug, valve pinch angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape, which are all part of the 4-valve conversion. This enables higher output and achieves the sustained output characteristics at high RPM that are a major feature of the Super Head. By adopting a 1-cam 4-valve system, it is possible to make it as light and compact as possible, while at the same time condensing the performance as the strongest SOHC head.

・Uses roller rocker arms with built-in bearings, similar to genuine parts.
Reduces friction with the camshaft, and the roller bearings built into the rocker arms allow for smooth tracking of the cam profile from low to high RPM.

・Valves
Intake: 21.5mm x 2 / Exhaust: 18.5mm x 2 Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.0mm for both intake and exhaust.

・Valve Springs
Unequal pitch (2-stage pitch) single valve springs are used to prevent surging at high RPMs. The ports are designed with optimal diameters to match SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold. By simultaneously installing SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold, a smooth and unobstructed intake effect from the big throttle body to the combustion chamber is achieved, maximizing the performance of the cylinder head. The original SP Takegawa cylinder head design perfectly matches the vehicle's style, enhancing its custom image. Additionally, the inspection cover and L. cylinder head side cover are made of barrel-polished aluminum die-cast. Furthermore, the oil tower on the R side of the cylinder head is made of machined aluminum with silver anodizing. These various covers and oil tower, which offer excellent dress-up effects, beautifully enhance the cylinder head.

・M8 Spark Plug
An M8 spark plug is adopted due to the optimal valve pinch angle and compact head design made possible by the 4-valve system.

・Auto Decompression Camshaft (10/10D)
The camshaft is supported by ball bearings at both ends, reducing friction in the camshaft journal section. The auto-decompression mechanism reduces the kick-start force and the load on the transmission when starting the engine, allowing for smooth engine starting even with large displacements.

・Cylinder
Features an aluminum iron sleeve cylinder. Bore diameter 54mm / Stroke 63.1mm (normal) / Compression ratio 12.0:1 The cylinder can accommodate SP Takegawa's M5 temperature sensor, so by purchasing a separate thermometer (Compact LED Thermometer with M5 temperature sensor), the cylinder temperature can be measured.

・Piston
The piston body is precisely machined from aluminum casting, resulting in a lightweight yet highly rigid finish.
*When installing the Super Head 4V+R bore up kit, simultaneous installation of the FI-Con TYPE-X (injection controller) is required.
*Since the displacement will be 125cc or more, it cannot be ridden on public roads under light motorcycle registration. This is for competition use only.

・Regarding the installation of the Super Head 4V+R bore up kit
By installing SP Takegawa's bore up kit, engine output and torque will significantly increase, thus increasing the load on the crankshaft, such as twisting and deflection. SP Takegawa recommends simultaneously installing a crankshaft support adapter to reduce the load on the crankshaft. The crankshaft support adapter enhances the durability of the crankshaft by adding support via a ball bearing at the end of the flywheel side of the crankshaft, suppressing twisting and deflection.

【Big Throttle Body Kit Φ34】
This product is an original "Big Throttle Body Kit" developed by SP Takegawa for SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R. It can be compactly installed around the engine without compromising the vehicle's silhouette. Furthermore, no modification of the cowl or wiring is required for installation. An air filter with excellent intake efficiency is included.
*Cannot be used with normal engines.
By adopting a Φ34mm big throttle body, the performance of SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R can be maximized, enabling increased output.
*The genuine air cleaner box cannot be used.
*When installing this product, the genuine air cleaner box must not be removed and must remain, as the shroud fixing part will be needed.

・High-Capacity Fuel Injector (G-1)
This is a high-capacity fuel injector for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R bore-up kit and big throttle body.

【FI-Con TYPE-e (Injection Controller)】
This is an injection controller that can be connected to the genuine ECU with a coupler. It comes pre-set with various MAPs for each engine specification, so basic operation is complete and ready to run simply by selecting the MAP that matches your bore-up kit or throttle body specifications on your smartphone or PC. Based on existing MAPs, advanced users can also enjoy setting adjustments or creating new MAPs according to their preferences. It can be connected to a PC or smartphone while the engine is running, and in addition to the very convenient tachometer screen and throttle opening graph screen for settings, it allows monitoring of engine temperature. It is equipped with a rev limit function. Can be installed simultaneously with the Honda genuine immobilizer alarm.
*To use FI-Con TYPE-e, a compatible PC or smartphone is required. It cannot be used if these conditions are not met. Also, an internet connection is required to download software and apps. There will be a charge for the app. Please be aware of this beforehand.
