■Product Description
The Super Head 4V+R Combo Kit 145cc includes the Super Head 4V+R bore-up kit, FI-Con TYPE-X (injection controller), Big Throttle Body Kit Φ28, high-capacity fuel injector (G-1), air filter kit, and #8 spark plug.

【Super Head 4V+R Bore-up Kit 145cc】
・Super Head 4V+R (1-cam 4-valve) Cylinder Head
By using two intake valves and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area has been further expanded, enabling higher intake and exhaust efficiency than with large-diameter 2-valve systems. In addition, the head design balances the center plug, valve included angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape, which are all part of the 4-valve conversion. This enables higher output and achieves the sustained power characteristics at high RPM that are a major feature of the Super Head. By adopting a 1-cam 4-valve system, it was possible to make it as lightweight and compact as possible, while condensing the performance as the strongest SOHC head.

・Uses roller rocker arms with built-in bearings, similar to genuine parts
Reduces friction resistance with the camshaft and, thanks to the roller bearings built into the rocker arms, smoothly follows the cam profile from low to high RPM.

・Valves
Intake: 21.5mm x 2 / Exhaust: 18.5mm x 2 Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.0mm for both intake and exhaust.

・Valve Spring
Adopts a single valve spring with unequal pitch (2-stage pitch) to make surging less likely at high RPM. The port uses an optimal port diameter to match SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold. By simultaneously installing SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold, a smooth and unobstructed intake effect from the big throttle body to the combustion chamber is achieved, maximizing the performance of the cylinder head. The original SP Takegawa cylinder head design blends well with the vehicle's style, enhancing its custom image. In addition, the inspection cover and L. cylinder head side cover feature barrel-polished die-cast aluminum. Furthermore, the oil tower on the R side of the cylinder head features silver anodized machined aluminum. The various covers and oil tower, which offer excellent dress-up effects, beautifully enhance the cylinder head.

・M8 Spark Plug
An M8 spark plug is adopted due to the optimal valve included angle and compact head size resulting from the 4-valve conversion.

・Auto Decompression Camshaft (10/10D)
The camshaft is supported by ball bearings at both ends to reduce friction resistance in the camshaft journal section. Auto decompression mechanism: Reduces the effort required for kick-starting and the burden on the transmission when starting the engine, allowing for smooth engine starting even with large displacements.

・Cylinder
Adopts an aluminum cylinder with an iron sleeve. Bore diameter 54mm / Stroke 63.1mm (stock) / Compression ratio 12.0:1 The cylinder allows for the installation of an SP Takegawa M5 temperature sensor, so you can measure the cylinder temperature by purchasing a separate thermometer (compact LED thermometer with M5 temperature sensor).

・Piston
The piston body is precisely machined from cast aluminum, resulting in high rigidity while being lightweight.
*When installing the Super Head 4V+R bore-up kit, simultaneous installation of the FI-Con TYPE-X (injection controller) is required.
*Since the displacement will be 125cc or more, it cannot be driven on public roads under light motorcycle registration (Type 2). It is for competition use only.

・Regarding the installation of the Super Head 4V+R bore-up kit
The installation of SP Takegawa's bore-up kit significantly increases engine output and torque, which increases the burden on the crankshaft, such as twisting and deflection. To alleviate the burden on the crankshaft, SP Takegawa recommends simultaneously installing a crankshaft support adapter. The crankshaft support adapter adds support with a ball bearing to the flywheel end of the crankshaft, suppressing twisting and deflection and increasing the durability of the crankshaft.

【Big Throttle Body Kit Φ28】
This product is an original "Big Throttle Body Kit" developed by SP Takegawa for SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R. It can be compactly installed around the engine without disrupting the vehicle's silhouette. Furthermore, no modification to the cowl or wiring is required for installation. An air filter with excellent intake efficiency is included.
*Cannot be used with normal engines.
By adopting a Φ28mm big throttle body, the performance of SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R can be maximized, increasing output.

・High-capacity Fuel Injector (G-1)
This is a high-capacity fuel injector for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R bore-up kit and big throttle body.

【FI-Con TYPE-X (Injection Controller)】
This is an injection controller that can be connected to the genuine ECU with a coupler. It has various MAPs preset for each engine specification, so basic operation is completed and riding is possible by simply selecting the MAP that matches your bore-up kit or throttle body specifications on your smartphone or PC. It also offers advanced features for experienced users, such as adjusting settings based on existing MAPs or creating new MAPs. When connected to a PC or smartphone while the engine is running, you can monitor engine temperature in addition to the tachometer screen and throttle opening graph screen, which are very convenient for setting. It is equipped with a rev limit function. Can be installed simultaneously with the Honda genuine immobilizer alarm.
*To use FI-Con TYPE-X, a PC or smartphone that meets the requirements is necessary. If you do not have the required conditions, you cannot use it. Also, you need to be connected to the internet to download software or apps. Please note that there will be a charge for the app.

【Air Filter Kit】
Remove the connecting tube leading to the genuine air cleaner box and attach it directly to the throttle body. Since the air filter body has a blow-by union, it can be connected to the blow-by hose. The air filter included in the combo kit is a black element. This product can be installed compactly around the engine without disrupting the vehicle's silhouette.
*Cannot be used for off-road driving.
*The connecting tube connected to the stock air cleaner must be removed.
*The air cleaner case must remain to fix the air cleaner garnish and should not be removed.
