■Product Description
The Superhead 4V+R Combo Kit 145cc includes the Superhead 4V+R Bore Up Kit, an FI-CON TYPE-X (injection controller), a Big Throttle Body Kit Φ34, a High-Capacity Fuel Injector (G-1), an Air Filter Kit, and an #8 Spark Plug.

【Superhead 4V+R Bore Up Kit 145cc】
・Superhead 4V+R (1-Cam 4-Valve) Cylinder Head
By having two intake valves and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area can be further expanded, achieving higher intake and exhaust efficiency than large-diameter 2-valve systems. In addition, the head shape is designed to balance the center plug, valve included angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape that accompany the 4-valve conversion, enabling high output and achieving the sustained output characteristics at high RPMs, which is the greatest feature of the Superhead. By adopting a 1-cam 4-valve system, it was possible to make it as lightweight and compact as possible, condensing the performance as the strongest SOHC head.

・Uses bearing-equipped roller rocker arms, similar to genuine parts.
Reduces frictional resistance with the camshaft, and the roller bearings built into the rocker arms allow for smooth cam profile tracking from low to high RPMs.

・Valves
Intake: 21.5mm x 2 / Exhaust: 18.5mm x 2 Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.0mm for both intake and exhaust.

・Valve Springs
Uses unequal pitch (2-stage pitch) single valve springs to prevent surging at high RPMs. The ports are designed with optimal port diameters to match SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold. Furthermore, by simultaneously installing SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold, smooth and unrestricted intake from the big throttle body to the combustion chamber is achieved, maximizing the cylinder head's performance. The original SP Takegawa cylinder head shape complements the vehicle's style well, enhancing the custom image of the vehicle. Additionally, the inspection cover and L. cylinder head side cover feature aluminum die-cast barrel polished finishes. The oil tower on the R side of the cylinder head also uses machined aluminum with silver anodizing. The various covers and oil tower, which offer excellent dress-up effects, beautifully enhance the cylinder head.

・M8 Spark Plugs
M8 spark plugs are used due to the optimal valve included angle resulting from the 4-valve conversion and the compact head design.

・Auto Decompression Camshaft (10/10D)
The camshaft is supported by ball bearings at both ends, reducing frictional resistance in the camshaft journal area. The auto decompression mechanism reduces the force of the kick start and the load on the transmission when starting the engine, allowing for smooth engine starting even with large displacements.

・Cylinder
Uses an aluminum iron sleeve cylinder. Bore diameter 54mm / Stroke 63.1mm (stock) / Compression ratio 12.0:1 The cylinder can accommodate SP Takegawa's M5 temperature sensor, so cylinder temperature can be measured by purchasing a separate thermometer (compact LED thermometer with M5 temperature sensor).

・Piston
The piston body is precisely machined from aluminum casting material, achieving high rigidity while being lightweight.
*When installing the Superhead 4V+R Bore Up Kit, simultaneous installation of the FI-CON TYPE-X (injection controller) is required.
*Since the displacement will be 125cc or more, it cannot be ridden on public roads as a Class 2 moped. It is for competition use only.

・Regarding the installation of the Superhead 4V+R Bore Up Kit
By installing SP Takegawa's bore-up kit, engine output and torque are significantly increased, leading to increased stress such as twisting and deflection on the crankshaft. To reduce the load on the crankshaft, SP Takegawa recommends simultaneous installation of a crankshaft support adapter. The crankshaft support adapter adds support with ball bearings at the end of the crankshaft flywheel side, suppressing twisting and deflection and increasing the durability of the crankshaft.

【Big Throttle Body Kit Φ34】
This product is SP Takegawa's original "Big Throttle Body Kit" developed for SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R. It can be installed compactly around the engine without disrupting the vehicle's silhouette. Furthermore, no modification of the cowl or wiring is required for installation. An air filter with excellent intake efficiency is included.
*Cannot be used with normal engines.
By adopting a Φ34mm big throttle body, the performance of SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R is maximized, and output can be increased.

High-Capacity Fuel Injector (G-1)
This is a high-capacity fuel injector for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R Bore Up Kit and Big Throttle Body.

【FI-CON TYPE-X (Injection Controller)】
This is an injection controller that can be connected to the genuine ECU with a coupler. It comes with preset maps for each engine specification, so basic operation is completed by simply selecting the map that matches your bore-up kit or throttle body specification using your smartphone or PC, allowing you to drive. It also offers advanced users the opportunity to enjoy fine-tuning based on existing maps, creating new maps, and more. When the engine is running, it can be connected to a PC or smartphone, allowing for convenient setting adjustments, monitoring of engine temperature in addition to a tachometer screen and throttle opening graph screen. It features a rev limit function. It can be installed simultaneously with Honda's genuine immobilizer alarm.
*To use the FI-CON TYPE-X, a compatible PC or smartphone is required. It cannot be used if these conditions are not met. Also, an internet connection is required to download software and applications. Please note that the app may be subject to a fee.
