■Product Description
The Superhead 4V+R Combo Kit 145cc includes the Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit, FI-Con TYPE-X (injection controller), Big Throttle Body Kit Φ28, High-Capacity Fuel Injector (G-1), and #8 Spark Plug.

【Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit 145cc】
・Superhead 4V+R (1-Cam 4-Valve) Cylinder Head
By employing two intake valves and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area has been further expanded, allowing for higher intake and exhaust efficiency than with a large-diameter 2-valve system.
In conjunction with the 4-valve conversion, the head is designed to balance a center plug, valve angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape, enabling higher output and achieving the sustained power characteristics at high RPMs that are a major feature of the Superhead. By adopting a 1-cam, 4-valve system, weight and compactness have been achieved as much as possible, condensing the performance of the strongest SOHC head.

・Features roller rocker arms with built-in bearings, similar to genuine parts.
Reduces friction resistance with the camshaft, and the roller bearings built into the rocker arms allow for smooth tracking of the cam profile from low to high RPMs.

・Valves
Intake: 21.5mm x 2 / Exhaust: 18.5mm x 2. Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.0mm for both intake and exhaust.

・Valve Springs
Uses unequal pitch (2-stage pitch) single valve springs to prevent surging at high RPMs.
The port adopts the optimal port diameter to match SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold. By simultaneously installing SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold, a smooth intake effect from the big throttle body to the combustion chamber without resistance is achieved, maximizing the performance of the cylinder head.
SP Takegawa's original cylinder head shape matches the vehicle's style well, enhancing the vehicle's custom image. In addition, the inspection cover and L. cylinder head side cover are made of die-cast aluminum with barrel polishing. Furthermore, the oil tower on the R side of the cylinder head features machined aluminum with silver anodizing. The various covers and oil tower, which offer excellent dress-up effects, beautifully enhance the cylinder head.

・M8 Spark Plug
An M8 spark plug is adopted due to the optimal valve angle resulting from the 4-valve conversion and the compact head design.

・Auto Decompression Camshaft (10/10D)
The camshaft is supported by ball bearings at both ends, reducing friction resistance in the camshaft journal sections. The auto decompression mechanism reduces the kick-starting force and the burden on the transmission during engine startup, allowing for smooth engine starting even with large displacements.

・Cylinder
Uses an aluminum cylinder with an iron sleeve. Bore diameter 54mm / Stroke 63.1mm (stock) / Compression ratio 12.0:1. The cylinder can be fitted with an SP Takegawa M5 temperature sensor, allowing for measurement of cylinder temperature by purchasing a separate thermometer (Compact LED Thermometer with M5 temperature sensor).

・Piston
The piston body is precisely machined from cast aluminum, resulting in a lightweight yet highly rigid finish.
*When installing the Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit, simultaneous installation of the FI-Con TYPE-X (injection controller) is required.
*Since the displacement will be 125cc or more, it cannot be ridden on public roads under light motorcycle registration (Class 2 Moped). It is for competition use only.

Regarding the installation of the Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit
Due to the significant increase in engine output and torque with the installation of SP Takegawa's big bore kit, the crankshaft experiences increased stress such as twisting and deflection.
SP Takegawa recommends simultaneous installation of a crankshaft support adapter to alleviate the burden on the crankshaft. The crankshaft support adapter enhances crankshaft durability by adding ball bearing support to the flywheel end of the crankshaft, suppressing twisting and deflection.

When SP Takegawa's big bore kit is installed, clutch slip may occur with the stock clutch due to improved output performance. SP Takegawa recommends simultaneous installation of a reinforced clutch kit when engine tuning is performed.

【Big Throttle Body Kit Φ28】
This product is SP Takegawa's original "Big Throttle Body Kit" developed for SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R. It can be compactly installed around the engine without disrupting the vehicle's silhouette. Furthermore, no modification to the cowl or wiring is required for installation.
*Cannot be used with stock engines.
By using a Φ28mm big throttle body, the performance of SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R can be maximized, enabling increased output.

・High-Capacity Fuel Injector (G-1)
This is a high-capacity fuel injector for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit and Big Throttle Body.

【FI-Con TYPE-X (Injection Controller)】
This injection controller can be connected to the genuine ECU with a coupler. It comes with preset maps for various engine specifications, so basic operation is complete and you can ride by simply selecting the map that matches your big bore kit or throttle body specifications on your smartphone or PC. It offers sufficient enjoyment for advanced users, allowing them to customize settings based on existing maps or create new maps. It can connect to a PC or smartphone with the engine running, and in addition to convenient tachometer and throttle opening graph screens for setting, it allows for engine temperature monitoring. It is equipped with a rev limit function. Can be installed simultaneously with Honda genuine immobilizer alarm.
*To use FI-Con TYPE-X, a PC or smartphone that meets the conditions is required. If the conditions are not met, it cannot be used. Also, an internet connection is required to download software or apps. In the case of apps, there will be a charge. Please be aware in advance.
