■Product Description
The Super Head 4V+R Combo Kit 145cc includes the Super Head 4V+R Bore Up Kit, FI Con TYPE-X (injection controller), Big Throttle Body Kit Φ34, Large Capacity Fuel Injector (G-1), Air Filter Kit, and #8 Spark Plug.

【Super Head 4V+R Bore Up Kit 145cc】
・Super Head 4V+R (1-Cam 4-Valve) Cylinder Head
By having two intake valves and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area can be further expanded, improving intake and exhaust efficiency beyond that of a large-diameter 2-valve system. Furthermore, with the adoption of 4 valves, the head shape is designed to balance a center plug, valve included angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape, allowing for higher output and achieving the sustained power characteristics at high RPM that are a hallmark of the Super Head. By adopting a 1-cam 4-valve system, we have achieved the lightest and most compact design possible, condensing the performance of the strongest SOHC head.

・Features roller rocker arms with built-in bearings, similar to genuine parts.
Reduces friction resistance with the camshaft, and the roller bearings built into the rocker arms allow for smooth tracking of the cam profile from low to high RPM.

・Valves
Intake: 21.5mm x 2 / Exhaust: 18.5mm x 2. Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.0mm for both intake and exhaust.

・Valve Springs
Utilizes unequal pitch (two-stage pitch) single valve springs to prevent surging at high RPM. The ports are designed with optimal diameters to match SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold. Furthermore, by simultaneously installing SP Takegawa's big throttle body manifold, it enables smooth and unimpeded air intake from the big throttle body to the combustion chamber, maximizing the cylinder head's performance. The original SP Takegawa cylinder head design complements the vehicle's style, enhancing its custom appearance. Additionally, the inspection cover and L. cylinder head side cover are made of die-cast aluminum with barrel polishing. Moreover, the oil tower on the R-side of the cylinder head features machined aluminum with silver anodizing. These various covers and the oil tower, which offer excellent dress-up effects, beautifully enhance the cylinder head.

・M8 Spark Plug
An M8 spark plug is adopted due to the optimal valve included angle provided by the 4-valve system and the compact head design.

・Auto Decompression Camshaft (10/10D)
The camshaft features ball bearing support at both ends to reduce friction resistance in the camshaft journal sections. The auto decompression mechanism reduces the kick-start force and the load on the transmission during engine startup, allowing for smooth engine starting even with a large displacement engine.

・Cylinder
Uses an aluminum cylinder with a cast iron sleeve. Bore diameter 54mm / Stroke 63.1mm (stock) / Compression ratio 12.0:1. Since SP Takegawa's M5 temperature sensor can be installed on the cylinder, you can measure the cylinder temperature by purchasing a separate thermometer (Compact LED Thermometer with M5 temperature sensor).

・Piston
The piston body is precisely machined from cast aluminum, resulting in a lightweight yet high-rigidity finish.
※When installing the Super Head 4V+R Bore Up Kit, simultaneous installation of the FI Con TYPE-X (injection controller) is required.
※Since the displacement will be 125cc or more, it cannot be ridden on public roads under light motorcycle registration. It is for competition use only.

・Regarding the installation of the Super Head 4V+R Bore Up Kit
When SP Takegawa's bore-up kit is installed, engine output and torque are significantly increased, leading to an increased load such as twisting and deflection on the crankshaft. To reduce the load on the crankshaft, SP Takegawa recommends simultaneously installing a crankshaft support adapter. The crankshaft support adapter adds support via a ball bearing to the end of the crankshaft flywheel side, suppressing twisting and deflection and increasing the durability of the crankshaft.

【Big Throttle Body Kit Φ34】
This product is an original "Big Throttle Body Kit" developed by SP Takegawa for SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R. It can be compactly installed around the engine without altering the vehicle's silhouette. Furthermore, no modification to the cowl or wiring is required for installation. An air filter with excellent intake efficiency is included.
※Cannot be used with normal engines.
By adopting a Φ34mm big throttle body, the performance of SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R can be maximized, and output can be increased.
※The genuine air cleaner box cannot be used.
※When installing this product, the genuine air cleaner box must not be removed, as the shroud fixing part will be needed.

・Large Capacity Fuel Injector (G-1)
This is a large capacity fuel injector for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R Bore Up Kit and Big Throttle Body.

【FI Con TYPE-X (Injection Controller)】
This injection controller can be connected to the genuine ECU with a coupler. It comes with preset maps for various engine specifications, so basic operation is complete and you can drive just by selecting the map that matches your bore-up kit or throttle body specifications on your smartphone or computer. It also offers plenty of enjoyment for advanced users, such as setting adjustments based on existing maps or creating new maps. It can connect to a computer or smartphone with the engine running, making settings very convenient. In addition to the tachometer screen and throttle opening graph screen, engine temperature monitoring is also possible. It is equipped with a rev limit function.
Can be used simultaneously with Honda genuine immobilizer alarm.
To use the FI Con TYPE-X, a compatible computer or smartphone is required. It cannot be used if these conditions are not met. Also, an internet connection is required to download the software or app.
