■Product Description
The S-Stage α Bore Up Kit includes the S-Stage Bore Up Kit, FI Con TYPE-e (injection controller), and large-capacity injector.

■Detailed Description
●S-Stage Bore Up Kit 145cc (with Sport Camshaft)
This bore up kit allows you to change the displacement from the normal 124cc to 145cc by replacing the cylinder and piston.
By installing it simultaneously with the FI Con TYPE-e (injection controller), it achieves powerful output characteristics different from the normal engine.
The cylinder is an aluminum iron sleeve cylinder.
Bore diameter 54mm. Stroke 63.1mm (normal). Compression ratio 11.2:1.
Since a SP Takegawa M5 temperature sensor can be attached to the cylinder, you can measure the cylinder temperature by purchasing a separate thermometer (Compact LED Thermometer with M5 Temperature Sensor).
*Since the displacement will be 125cc or more, it cannot be driven on public roads under light motorcycle class 2 registration. It is for competition only.
●Sport Camshaft (N-10)
Output performance is improved by an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head.
When installed on a stock engine, output in the high-revolution range is improved.
By removing the decomp parts from the stock camshaft and assembling them to the sport camshaft, it becomes an auto-decompression specification.
●FI Con TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Since installing a bore up kit or muffler parts will significantly deviate from the ideal air-fuel ratio, it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with the FI Con.
The FI Con TYPE-e has multiple pre-set data tailored for SP Takegawa engine parts, allowing you to easily select, change, and modify setting data using a computer or smartphone according to your engine specifications.
The injection time adjustment can be increased by a maximum of 5000μs and decreased by a maximum of 7500μs, making it widely usable for both normal displacement and bore-up vehicles.
It also features monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a computer or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting adjustments.

SP Takegawa recommends installing a crankshaft support adapter simultaneously to reduce the load on the crankshaft. The crankshaft support adapter adds support with a ball bearing to the end of the crankshaft flywheel side, thereby suppressing twisting and deflection and improving the durability of the crankshaft.
