■Detailed Description
●S-Stage Bore Up Kit 88cc (Sport Camshaft Included)
This bore up kit allows you to change the displacement from the stock 50cc to 88cc by changing the cylinder and piston. By installing it together with the FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), it achieves a powerful output characteristic different from the stock.
The cylinder uses an all-aluminum ceramic-plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
Bore diameter 52mm. Stroke 41.4mm (stock). Compression ratio 11.5:1.
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet for an oil cooler.
We recommend installing the SP Takegawa oil cooler kit at the same time.
If an oil cooler is not installed, the included oil plug bolt is used.
This oil plug bolt can be fitted with an SP Takegawa M5 temperature sensor, so by purchasing a separate thermometer (Compact LED Thermometer with M5 Temperature Sensor), you can measure the cylinder temperature.
●Sport Camshaft (for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa bore up kits and FI-CON TYPE-e)
The sport camshaft uses an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head when the S-Stage bore up kit is installed.
●Large Capacity Fuel Injector (G-4)
This is a large capacity fuel injector for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa S-Stage bore up kits, R-Stage bore up kits, and big throttle bodies.
Since the stock fuel injector cannot supply enough fuel for the increased intake air volume, a large capacity injector is required.
This product may cause malfunctions if installed on vehicles with engine specifications other than those specified.
●Air Filter
Removes the stock air cleaner box and attaches to the throttle body.
The stock leg shield can be installed as is.
Significantly improves intake efficiency and enables increased output in the high rpm range.
The filter has a blow-by union, so it can be connected to the blow-by hose using the included union.
●Drive Sprocket 16T (Steel)
Allows for a change in reduction ratio with increased output.
Lightened and heat-treated for increased durability.
●FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Can be installed on the stock ECU with a coupler-on connection. The specified engine speed is 10500rpm or less.
Installing a bore up kit or muffler parts can significantly deviate from the ideal air-fuel ratio, so the FI-CON needs to correct the fuel injection time.
The FI-CON TYPE-e has multiple setting data pre-installed to match SP Takegawa engine parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify setting data using a PC or smartphone according to your engine specifications. The injection time can be adjusted by up to 5000μs for enrichment and up to 7500μs for reduction, making it widely available from stock displacement to bore-up vehicles.
It has monitoring functions for engine speed, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting. (For details of the functions, please refer to the attached FI-CON TYPE-e)
Can be used with SP Takegawa products from stock displacement to S-Stage/R-Stage bore up kits.
