■Detailed Description
●S-Stage Bore Up Kit 88cc (with Sport Camshaft)
This bore up kit allows you to change the displacement from the normal 50cc to 88cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
When installed together with the FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), it achieves powerful output characteristics different from the normal engine.
The cylinder uses an all-aluminum ceramic-plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
Bore diameter 52mm. Stroke 41.4mm (normal). Compression ratio 11.5:1.
The cylinder has an oil outlet for an oil cooler.
We recommend installing the SP Takegawa oil cooler kit at the same time. If an oil cooler is not installed, use the included oil plug bolt.
Since this oil plug bolt can be fitted with an SP Takegawa M5 temperature sensor, you can measure the cylinder temperature by purchasing a separate thermometer (Compact LED Thermometer with M5 temperature sensor).
●Sport Camshaft (for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa Bore Up Kit and FI-CON TYPE-e)
The sport camshaft adopts an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the normal cylinder head when the S-Stage Bore Up Kit is installed.
●Big Throttle Body Kit φ24
This kit improves output performance by simply replacing the genuine throttle body without the need for fairing or wiring modifications.
It improves output performance at high RPMs, which is not found in normal throttle bodies, allowing for an engine that revs without stress.
This product may cause malfunction if installed on a vehicle with engine specifications other than those specified.
●Large Capacity Fuel Injector (G-4)
This is a large capacity fuel injector for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa S-Stage Bore Up Kit, R-Stage Bore Up Kit, and Big Throttle Body.
The genuine fuel injector has insufficient fuel injection for the increased intake air volume, so a large capacity injector is required.
This product may cause malfunction if installed on a vehicle with engine specifications other than those specified.
●Air Filter
Remove the normal air cleaner box and install it on the throttle body.
The normal leg shield can be installed as is.
Intake efficiency is greatly improved, allowing for increased output at high RPMs.
The filter has a blow-by union, so it can be connected to the blow-by hose using the included union.
●Drive Sprocket 16T (Steel)
Allows for a change in reduction ratio with increased output.
Lightweight design / heat treated for increased durability.
●FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller)
Can be installed on the genuine ECU with a coupler-on. The specified RPM is 10500rpm or less.
Installing a bore up kit or muffler parts will cause the air-fuel ratio to deviate significantly from the ideal, so it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with FI-CON.
FI-CON TYPE-e has multiple setting data built-in to match SP Takegawa engine parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify setting data using a computer or smartphone according to your engine specifications.
The injection time adjustment can be increased by a maximum of 5000μs and decreased by a maximum of 7500μs, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles from normal displacement to bore up vehicles.
It is equipped with monitoring functions for engine RPM, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a computer or smartphone, making it very convenient for setting (Please refer to the separate FI-CON TYPE-e for details on the functions).
It can be used for SP Takegawa products from normal displacement to S-Stage/R-Stage bore up kits.
