The Hyper S-Stage N-20 Bore Up Kit is a value set that includes the S-Stage N-20 Bore Up Kit, FI-CON TYPE-e (injection controller), big throttle body kit, and spark plug.

■Detailed Description
●All-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder
The cylinder uses an all-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
The piston skirt of the aluminum forged piston is coated with molybdenum to improve initial break-in.
Compression ratio 138cc 12.3:1
Bore diameter 138cc 59mm
Stroke 50.6mm (normal)
●Stick temperature sensor can be installed
By purchasing SP Takegawa's compact LED thermometer with a stick temperature sensor, you can measure the cylinder temperature.
●N-20 camshaft included
Output performance is improved by an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the normal cylinder head.
Built-in auto decompression mechanism similar to normal.
N-20 is a high-speed camshaft.
●FI-CON TYPE-X (injection controller)
When SP Takegawa bore-up kits or muffler parts are installed, the air-fuel ratio will deviate significantly from the ideal, so it is necessary to correct the fuel injection time with FI-CON.
Installation is possible by simply removing the coupler of the genuine ECU and connecting it.
FI-CON TYPE-X has multiple data settings pre-installed by SP Takegawa to match SP Takegawa engine parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify setting data using a PC or smartphone according to your engine specifications.
The injection time adjustment can be increased by a maximum of 5000μs and decreased by a maximum of 7500μs, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles from normal displacement to bore-up vehicles.
It is equipped with a monitoring function for engine RPM, engine temperature, throttle opening, and injector opening/closing rate using a PC or smartphone, which is very convenient for setting.
●Big throttle body kit
Newly designed SP Takegawa original big throttle body kit (φ34).
This big throttle body kit is for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa sport camshafts or S-stage bore-up kits in conjunction with SP Takegawa FI-CON TYPE-X (injection controller).
By installing it, you can achieve engine characteristics that rev smoothly and improve output performance in the high RPM range, which is not available with a normal throttle body specification.
●Air filter for big throttle body (with blow-by union) included
●SP Takegawa original inlet pipe (for normal cylinder head) included
●Shroud stay (steel, black painted)
The left and right shrouds can be secured with a fitting similar to genuine parts.
In addition, the shroud stay allows the installation of SP Takegawa oil coolers, and by purchasing a separate dedicated SP Takegawa oil cooler kit, the oil cooler can be housed within the shroud.
To install the SP Takegawa shroud stay compatible oil cooler kit, simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa special clutch cover is required.
