■Product Description
The Hyper S-Stage Bore Up Kit 88cc features a genuine ECU replacement type Hyper ECU and a φ24 large throttle body.

The Hyper S-Stage Bore Up Kit includes the S-Stage Bore Up Kit, Hyper ECU, φ24 large throttle body kit, large capacity fuel injector (G-4), air filter kit, spark plug, and 16T drive sprocket.

■Detailed Description
●S-Stage Bore Up Kit 88cc (with Sports Camshaft)
This bore up kit allows you to change the displacement from the stock 50cc to 88cc by replacing the cylinder and piston.
By installing it simultaneously with the FI-Con TYPE-e (injection controller), it achieves powerful output characteristics different from the stock setup.
The cylinder uses an all-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat dissipation.
Bore diameter 52mm. Stroke 41.4mm (stock). Compression ratio 11.5:1.
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet for an oil cooler.
We recommend installing the SP Takegawa oil cooler kit simultaneously.
If an oil cooler is not installed, use the included oil plug bolt.
Since the SP Takegawa M5 temperature sensor can be attached to this oil plug bolt, you can measure the cylinder temperature by purchasing a separate thermometer (compact LED thermometer with M5 temperature sensor).
●Sports Camshaft
(For vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa bore up kits and FI-Con TYPE-e)
The sports camshaft adopts an optimal profile that maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head when the S-Stage bore up kit is installed.
●Big Throttle Body Kit φ24
No modification to the cowl or wiring is required; simply replace the stock throttle body to improve output performance.
It improves output performance at high RPMs, which is not found in stock throttle bodies, allowing for engine performance that revs smoothly.
This product may malfunction if installed on engine specifications other than those specified.
●Large Capacity Fuel Injector (G-4)
This is a large capacity fuel injector for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa S-Stage bore up kits, R-Stage bore up kits, and large throttle bodies.
As the intake air volume increases, the fuel injection volume of the stock fuel injector becomes insufficient, so a large capacity injector is necessary.
This product may malfunction if installed on engine specifications other than those specified.
●Air Filter
Remove the stock air cleaner box and attach it to the throttle body.
The stock leg shield can be installed as is.
Intake efficiency is greatly improved, allowing for increased output at high RPMs. Since the filter has a blow-by union, it can be connected to the blow-by hose using the included union.
●Drive Sprocket 16T (Steel)
Along with the increase in output, the reduction ratio can be changed.
It has been lightened and heat-treated to increase durability.
●Hyper ECU Rev limit is 10500rpm
The Hyper ECU controls everything, unlike conventional sub-controllers that use the stock ECU.
Since installing a bore up kit or muffler parts will cause a significant deviation from the ideal air-fuel ratio, it is necessary to install the Hyper ECU and correct the fuel injection time.
The Hyper ECU has multiple built-in settings data tailored to SP Takegawa custom parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify setting data using the included switch according to your engine specifications.
No need for a computer or smartphone, or downloading apps or software via internet connection; settings can be made via switch operation.
In addition, 14 types of preset maps are built-in, corresponding to a wide range of custom vehicles, such as vehicles with SP Takegawa intake/exhaust parts installed on stock engine specifications, or vehicles with SP Takegawa intake/exhaust parts installed on SP Takegawa custom engine specifications.
Furthermore, a fuel adjustment function is built-in that allows for overall fuel adjustment increase/decrease within the range of -9% to +9%. (Adjustable in 1% increments)
The top gear limiter can be released.
