This kit uses a Superhead 4V+R cylinder head.
H-cylinder (aluminum iron sleeve cylinder)
Decompression camshaft
88cc. Bore diameter 52mm. Stroke 41.4mm (using stock crankshaft). Compression ratio 12.4:1.

■Detailed Description
●Features of Superhead 4V+R (1 Cam 4 Valve)
Compared to SP Takegawa's Superhead+R large-diameter 2-valve, by having two intake valves and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area can be further expanded, enabling higher intake and exhaust efficiency than large-diameter 2-valves.
In addition, with the conversion to 4 valves, the head is designed to balance the center plug, valve included angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape, enabling higher output and achieving the sustained output characteristics at high RPMs that are the greatest feature of the Superhead.
By adopting a 1-cam 4-valve design, it was possible to achieve the lightest and most compact design possible, while condensing the performance as the strongest SOHC head.
●New Superhead 4V+R Body
The rounded cylinder head shape fits well with the Monkey style, enhancing the custom image of the vehicle.
In addition, the die-cast head covers, which have been barrel polished, beautifully accent the cylinder head.
●Valve Features
Valve diameter: Intake: 21.5mm x 2 / Exhaust: 18.5mm x 2
Valve stem shaft diameter: Both intake and exhaust are 4.0mm.
●Valve Springs
Uneven pitch prevents surging at high RPMs.
●IN/EX Port Features
The port diameter is optimized to match SP Takegawa's 3D manifold.
By using it with a 3D manifold, it enables smooth intake from the carburetor to the combustion chamber without resistance, maximizing the performance of the cylinder head.
●M8 Spark Plugs
M8 spark plugs are used due to the optimal valve included angle from the 4-valve conversion and the compact head.
●Adoption of Roller Rocker Arms
By adopting roller rocker arms, the output performance of the Superhead+R is maximized, increasing output in the mid-to-high speed range and maintaining output in the high RPM range, which is a feature of roller rocker arms.
Roller rocker arms reduce frictional resistance with the camshaft that occurs with slipper-type rocker arms (genuine part type).
With roller bearings built into the rocker arms, they smoothly follow the cam profile from low to high RPMs.
●Hollow Camshaft
The camshaft uses ball bearing support at both ends to reduce frictional resistance in the camshaft journal area.
Optional camshafts are available in addition to the included camshaft, allowing you to replace them according to your intended use and enjoy the riding performance.

●Cylinder/Piston
H cylinder Bore diameter 52mm
Uses an aluminum iron sleeve cylinder.
The cylinder comes standard with a temperature sensor mounting part.
You can measure the cylinder temperature by purchasing an SP Takegawa thermometer-equipped meter or thermometer.
For 88cc H cylinder: M5 temperature sensor

Uses a cast piston.
